Health and Saftey
Construction Systems (Liverpool) Ltd provides for the safest possible working
conditions for its employees and subcontractors, whilst remaining
vigilant of the general public at and near our sites.
We have developed a comprehensive safety policy, all employees receive
regular health and safety training. Using external safety inspectors we
ensure that our safety standards are being maintained throughout our
areas of operation. This approach has led to a low accident rate.

Environmental Policy
This
statement is signed by the Managing Director as an indication of the
company's commitment to overall environmental performance. The company
is committed to reducing its environmental impacts by achieving
specific objectives and developing a culture of environmental awareness
through engagement with its employees.
The objectives of the statement are a commitment to:
1/ Comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
2/ Advise our builders on good practice for improving the quality of new homes.
3/ Support the continual improvement of the environmental performance of the house-building industry
Identify the environmental impacts, both direct and indirect of office
activities and transportation and take steps to mitigate the
environmental impact of these activities.
4/ Adopt the practice of responsible fuel and energy management through the encouragement of reducing energy consumption.
5/ Where appropriate provide training and information to employees to ensure the objectives in this statement are fulfilled.
6/ Take environmental factors into account in the procurement of materials.
7/ Take all measures that are reasonably practicable to reduce waste at source and recycle where possible.
